Return Process

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all silk ties, scarves, or accessories include their authentic E.Marinella tags and protective sleeves.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans in Naples verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
